Not happy with your purchase? You can return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund you the full value of the returned goods.
Original Condition Only
Returned goods must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear or damage. You don’t need the original gift packaging, but please ensure safe, protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Return Process
Email anchor@hellosingularity.com with your order number and details about the return.
We’ll guide you through the packing and shipping process.
Once your return arrives at the Singularity studio, we’ll process it within 3 business days and notify you by email when your refund has been issued.
Refunds are made via the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but will not exceed 10 days.
Return Cost
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Please arrange the return with your preferred shipping service and select a trackable option for your protection.
Note: The return period for ring sizers is extended to 60 days after delivery. This allows customers to keep the ring sizer longer, check the sizing after receiving their rings, and, if an exchange is needed, return everything together.

Does the size not fit? No worries — you can exchange items in their original condition within 60 days of delivery.

Exchange Process
Email anchor@hellosingularity.com with your order number and details about the exchange (for example, how the ring fits and the size you need).
We’ll guide you through the sizing, return, and resending process.
Once your original ring is received, we’ll get your new one made and shipped.
Exchange Cost
The cost of exchange shipping is covered by the customer. Please arrange the return with your preferred shipping service and select a trackable option for your protection. When sending your new ring(s), we kindly ask for a small contribution toward the shipping cost.
Note: Exchange reshipping within the Czech Republic is free.
