Thank you for choosing Singularity, a studio dedicated to crafting carbon rings and design accessories. These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules governing the use of this website and the purchase of products offered herein. Accessing or using this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

b. Scope of Terms

These Terms, established by Hello Singularity s.r.o. under the brand "Singularity," apply to all contracts formed via our online shop. The inclusion of any customer's own conditions is not recognized unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon.

c. Application to Voucher Sales

The same Terms apply to voucher sales, with specifics to be agreed upon separately.

d. Consumer Definition

A 'Consumer' is any natural person entering into a transaction primarily for personal, non-commercial purposes.

e. Entrepreneur Definition

An 'Entrepreneur' is an individual or entity acting in a commercial or independent professional capacity when entering into a transaction.

2. Website Use

a. Eligibility Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

b. Account Registration and Security

Account creation is required for certain features. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

c. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in unlawful activities, impersonate others, transmit harmful code, disrupt our website, or collect other users' information without consent.

3. Product Purchases

a. Ordering and Payment Process

  • Ordering: Provide accurate, current payment information. By ordering, you confirm you're authorized to use the chosen payment method.

  • Order Submission: Orders are made via our online order form. We accept orders within three working days through an order confirmation email.

  • Communication: Ensure the email provided is correct for order communications. Be mindful of spam filters.

  • Payment Methods: Various options, including "Squarespace Payments" powered by Stripe, are available.

b. Pricing, Availability, and Additional Costs

  • Pricing Adjustments: Prices and product availability are subject to change.

  • Additional Costs: Displayed prices include sales tax; delivery and shipping costs are extra. Extra costs may apply for international deliveries, including customs duties.

c. Delivery and Shipping

  • Shipping Information: Find current delivery details on our Shipping page.

  • Responsibility for Failed Delivery: Costs incurred due to customer fault are the customer's responsibility, except during a valid withdrawal.

  • Risk Transfer: For entrepreneurs, risk transfers upon handover to the carrier. For consumers, risk transfers upon delivery.

d. Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights

  • Immediate Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Contact us at mail@hellosingularity.com

e. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under specified conditions. Our Exchanges and Returns Policy provides detailed information.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise stated, the costs of returning goods are borne by the customer.

  • Exchange Shipping Costs: Shipping costs related to sending replacement items are borne by the customer and must be paid in advance. If the replacement item has a higher price than the originally purchased product, the price difference must be paid together with the exchange shipping fee. Replacement items are dispatched only after the return of the original goods has been received and all related payments have been settled.

f. Refunds

  • Full Order Returns: In case of a return of the entire order, the full purchase price will be refunded, including the cost of the original standard delivery (if paid). If an express or premium delivery method was selected, only the amount equal to the standard delivery cost will be refunded, in accordance with EU law.

  • Partial Returns: In case of a partial return, only the purchase price of the returned items will be refunded. The original delivery cost will not be refunded.

g. Vouchers and Gift Cards

Vouchers/gift cards are non-refundable and can be provided via download, email, or delivery service.

h. Defective Products and Warranty

  1. Consumer Rights: Rights to return defective products for repair, replacement, or refund under consumer protection laws.

  2. Warranty covers the following:

    Cracking or breakage under normal wear.

    Defects in the material or workmanship.

  3. Warranty Period: Two years for consumers and one year for entrepreneurs, covering material and craftsmanship defects.

  4. Exclusions: warranty does not cover:

    Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations to the goods.

    Normal wear and tear, including scratches and abrasions.

  5. Warranty Claims: Contact us with a detailed description and proof of purchase for claims.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without our explicit consent is prohibited.

Hyperlinking to our Content The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:
