Does the size not fit? No worries — you can exchange items in their original condition within 60 days of delivery.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

Not happy with your purchase? You can return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund you the full value of the returned goods.

Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unworn and in new, original condition (no scratches, damage, or cosmetic marks).
If an item is returned with signs of wear, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be refused, depending on the loss of value.

Exchange Process

1. Email anchor@hellosingularity.com with your order number and details about the exchange/return.

2. We’ll guide you through the sizing and/or return, and resending process.

3. Once your original ring is received, we’ll get your new one made and shipped.

Exchange/Return Cost

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Please arrange the return using your preferred carrier and choose a tracked and insured service for your protection. As the sender, you are responsible for filing any claim with the carrier in case the parcel is lost or damaged with in transit.

When sending your new ring(s), we kindly ask for a contribution towards the shipping cost.

Note: Exchange reshipping within the Czech Republic is free.
