Returns & Exchanges
We want your ring to fit just right. If you need to return or exchange your item, please read the conditions below and submit your request through our Return & Exchange Form.
We’ll contact you by email to confirm the details and guide you through the next steps. If needed, we’ll also help you choose the best replacement size.

30 days to return or exchange
Need a different size, style or material? Or are you not happy with your purchase? You can request an exchange or return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unworn and in new, original condition, with no scratches, damage or cosmetic marks.

If an item is returned with signs of wear, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be refused, depending on the loss of value.

Please do not send the item back before submitting the Return & Exchange Form and receiving our return instructions.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
You can either arrange the return shipping yourself using a tracked and insured shipping method, or request a prepaid FedEx return label from us. 

A prepaid FedEx return label costs €12. For returns, this amount will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, it may be charged separately.

If you arrange the return shipping yourself, please always use a tracked and insured service. As the sender, you are responsible for filing any claim with the carrier if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Free exchange process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect its condition.

If everything is in order, we’ll prepare and ship your replacement item. Your first size exchange is free. You only cover the return shipping to us — we cover the shipping of the replacement item back to you.


Return process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect its condition.
If everything is in order, we’ll initiate the refund within two business days. Your money will be sent back using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
